• Pre-workshop consultation: 
  A 30-minute meeting can be conducted virtually or by phone to 
  discuss workshop needs. Have the following information available:

     -   Proposed date/time of workshop
     -   Workshop title or Custom workshop topic
     -   Number of participating staff
     -   Contact name and phone number/email

• CSW Workshop Format:
   Workshops are available in person or virtually.
   Custom workshops, Work Life Balance, and Cultivating Psychological Safety sessions are 90 to 120-minutes long.
   *Longer sessions available upon request.

• Workshop cost:
   A flat fee of $375.00 for a 90-minute Work-Life Balance,
   Developing Emotionally Intelligent Management, or Custom session
   for 25 or less people.
   *Higher rates apply for groups over 25 people.

   Note: In-person workshops further than 30 miles away from the
   CSW office are subject to a transportation fee.

• Booking and payment:
   A 50% deposit is due at time of booking.
   The Client Company and CSW staff must sign a CSW Service   
   Agreement.
   The remaining 50% is due 5 business days prior to the workshop
   date. CSW will remove the workshop from our scheduling calendar if
   final payment is not received.
