How can I book a group session?
A group session can be scheduled for 5 or more people who want to engage a topic as a group. When scheduling a group session, the Client can request a topic or our staff can suggest topics that are suitable for your needs.
Custom group sessions can vary in length from 1 hour to multiple days; the information can also be tailored to be as general or detailed as you prefer.
What is CSW's late policy.
For scheduling reasons, sessions that begin late due to a late Client arrival, will receive the remaining time allotted for their scheduled session. If the Coach is late, Clients will get their full 50-minute session or they can opt for a refund or reschedule.
Clients arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, are subject to a session cancellation. (This included logging in 15 minutes late for virtual appointments.
How do I know if Life Coaching is right for me?
Coaching is NOT therapy.
A Personal Development Consultant is a trained professional who specializes in assisting clients by highlighting available solutions and resources. Coaches teach the Client how to look inward for direction, motivation, and new ideas, which can stimulate fulfillment and optimal results.

How can I prepare for my session?
To make the most of your session, be confident and optimistic - having a positive mindset will yield the most favorable results. Also, feel free to ask questions; we will gladly walk you through what to expect in the initial sessions. Lastly, be open to examining yourself - with assistance - and coming up with options and alternative ways of seeing yourself and your capacity to experience deeper self-understanding.
Clients can also bring any notes or journals that may be of assistance during the session.
How can Clients manage expectations to ensure satisfaction with session results?
At the start of each session, goals and expectations are thoroughly discussed, with the Coach making every effort to fully understand the Client's expected outcomes.
Likewise, Clients should understand that results are often seen in steps and over multiple sessions. Clients must be willing to put in the work, giving serious time and effort to personal development, using tools provided in your coaching session.
What is the booking and payment process?
After booking your session, you will receive a confirmation that your time slot is approved; you will also receive a deposit link.
The balance of your session fee must be paid prior to the start of your session.
What is the CSW cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund: cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance. No exceptions.
If you cancel less that 24 hours before your session, your deposit will not be refunded. However, you may reschedule for another session time.
A missed appointment without contacting the Coach or CSW, is considered a no-show. A no-show results in the loss of your deposit.
How can I contact my Coach prior to my session with concerns or questions?
Your Coach's contact information will be emailed upon booking/paying for your session.
What is an Unscripted Session?
Our unscripted session gives the client complete freedom to move through their life coaching session according to how they choose. The client can address any specific topic as long as it stays within the scope of Life Coaching and CSW values.
Unscripted sessions are a great opportunity to better understand Life Coaching in general, and works well for clients who are new to this discipline. Client led sessions are a remarkable way to provide heightened clarity.
